DIRECTIONS |

Plug in the massager and turn it on
by turning the Vibration Speed Dial (A) clockwise. |

Set the Vibration Speed Dial (A) to
desired vibration massage speed. |

Press the Infrared LED Switch (B) to
turn Infrared LED function on or off. |

Hold the device by the handle, and
run across body area for massaging (recommended time 3
minutes). |

To switch Massage Heads (C,D, E),
loosen current Massage Head by turning counterclockwise, and
attach desired Massage Head by turning
