Deciding Between Steam and Infrared?
The answer is not the same for everyone. That's why we
have bestsellers in both. If you are still deciding, here are some things
to consider: Infrared gives a dry, efficient heat by transmitting infrared
directly through space towards your body. It does not require added
moisture in your room, or in the air you breathe. Some people prefer the
traditional hot steam in the air. Infrared heating tends to be more
gradual and mild than the steady infusion of hot steam in the small space
of the tent. Some people prefer this mildness, though the use of a ceramic
heater can boost the speed and intensity of heating in an infrared sauna
too. Steam is slightly more involved, with the potential to be a bit
messier (water spills, etc.) Again, some prefer the effects of steam on
their breathing and on their skin, or the option to infuse the water with
aromatics. Others find that perspiring in the gentle infrared warmth is
the kind of sauna experience they want.

Why add a Ceramic Heater to my I-Spa?
The reasons for wanting to boost the heating ability of
your I-Spa vary. You may want more rapid or "turbo" heating (see
"Temperature Comparison" below). You may need the boost if you are
planning to use the I-Spa in a cool or cold place. Some people want the
dry heat of Infrared yet plan to leave the ceramic heater running for the
extra punch of heat (similar to steam heat). |

| CERAMIC HEATER: Is placed on the foam
floor, and works extremely well in very cold weather. It takes
only 5 minutes to reach 65 ° C (149 ° F) constant
temperature. | |

| IONIZER: Comes with
Ceramic Heater , is placed
on the sauna tent, and comes with a dial control box . You can
adjust time from 0 to 30 minutes. The Ionizer generates a
large number of negative ions and some oxygen, just as do
nature's ionizers, like waterfalls and
lightning. | |

| TIMER: Comes with
Ceramic Heater , is used
either by the ionizer or the ceramic heater, or both together.
Before use, connect with the Ionizer and the heater properly.
Press"ON/OFF" to turn on, the power indicator on the ionizer
will light. For set up time, dial "TIMER" from 5 minutes -30

| HOW TO SET UP THE PORTABLE INFRARED SAUNA

Plug Portable Far Infrared Home Sauna
into electrical outlet. If an extension cord must be used, it should
be less than 3 meters long. No other electrical appliances should be
connected to the same extension cord. |

If using the Ionizer, Timer, and
Ceramic Heater, set them up according to the instructions that come
in the box. Ensure the Ceramic Heater is under the chair, rather
than on the
foot
pad. |
| 3. |
After sitting on folding chair inside
the Portable Far Infrared Home Sauna, close the zipper all the way
to the neck, and close the Velcro strap around the neck. |
| 4. |
Extend hands outside the sauna through
the hand slots to set controls. |
| 5. |
Press the POWER button once to activate
the Portable Far Infrared Home Sauna LED digital display in the
display window. Press TIMER button to set for 10, 20 or 30 minutes.
The timer will turn on the heater to produce FIR, and will
automatically count down to 0 before shutting off power. |

Press the FOOT button to turn on the
heating element to produce FIR heat on the foot pad. If the foot pad
becomes too hot, move feet to the sides or press the FOOT button
again to turn it off. |

Once a thorough sweat has been
achieved, turn off the power from the Timer Control Box and cool
down. |
| 8. |
Wipe off sweat from the chair and
cushion and disconnect the Portable Far Infrared Home Sauna, for
cleaning and storage. | |
