USING THE 6 SPEED BEAUTY MASSAGER LIGHT

The 6-Speed Beauty Massager Light is very simple to use. Simply connect either of the massage belts by inserting the belt plugs into the slots marked with the speed of your choice. The massager will maintain the chosen speed until you move the belt plug to another speed slot.

There are many ways to apply the soothing, toning effects of this massage to various parts of your body. Below are a few suggested positions to get you started:

	Adaptation Stand on the foot plate facing the belt motor, insert the belt to speed 1 or 2 and massage 2-3 minutes to adapt the movement.
	Double Side Shoulder Position Wrap both belt straps across shoulders to exercise both shoulders at the same time.
	Trapezoid & Shoulder Position Wrap belt across tops of shoulders, along trapezoid muscles to exercise the area.
	Belly Position Stand on the machine facing away from the belt motor. Wrap belts around belly to massage and tone your belly.
	Leg Position Stand on the machine facing the belt motor, with the belt straps around your legs as shown in the picture. Massages and tones your legs.

	Single Side Shoulder Position Stand on the machine facing the belt motor. Wrap only one belt strap across one shoulder to exercise one shoulder at a time.
	Waist Position Stand on the machine facing the belt motor. Wrap belt straps around waist to exercise and tone waistline.
	Underarm Position Stand on the machine facing the belt motor. Wrap belts around the upper body just under the arms to help tone the underarm areas.
	Hip Position Stand on the machine facing the belt motor. Wrap belts around lower hip to massage the hip muscles.
	Trapezoid & Leg Combination Stand on the machine facing the belt motor. Lay one belt strap across your trapezoids, and the other behind your legs as shown.
